Q: What is the earliest time I can check in?

A: Check in time is 2pm.

 

Q: Can I arrive late?

A: Yes, please give us a call if you're arriving after 8pm.

 

Q: What time is check out?

A: Check out time is 10am.  If you require a late check out, please give us a call.

 

Q: Is there off-street parking?

A: Yes, there is off-street parking for each room.

 

Q: Is there undercover parking?

A: No, sorry!

 

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?

A: Yes, all our rooms are non-smoking.

 

Q: Do you have room service?

A: Yes, room service is available during restaurant opening times.

 

Q: Do you have internet?

A: Yes, we provide free WiFi internet in all rooms and areas of our motel.

 

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Only assistance animals are permitted.

 

Q: How close are you to shops/restaurants?

A: We are within walking distance to a cafe, restaurant, hotel, supermarket & takeaway shop.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in.  Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to check in will be charged the full room rate.

 

Q: Do you take Credit Card payments?

A: Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
